Green Landscaping was formed in 2009 through a merger of ISS Landscaping, Jungs, Mark & Trädgårdsanläggare Sjunnesson and Qbikum.
In 2010, the company adopted the name Green Landscaping and Miljöbyggarna Stockholm Aktiebolag was acquired. Since then, the company has developed into a full-scale supplier in the market for maintenance of outdoor environments.
Between 2009 and 2014, the company’s strategy was focused at increasing net sales and becoming a leading company in the market. During the period, companies including Jacksons Trädvård and GML Sport AB were acquired.
In 2015, we commenced the implementation of a new strategy and introduced a new management process based on Policy Deployment, a system inspired by Danaher Corporation. Since then, the company has implemented a series of operational efficiency enhancements to increase profitability and create a platform for profitable growth. Major areas of focus have included increasing the quality of our services, pricing and achieving a reduction in the cost base.
Since 2017, the company has focused on profitable growth, based partly on organic growth, but also on growth through acquisitions.
