Having a mentor can be a way to develop in working life. Green is now introducing a mentoring program with the goal of providing participants with support, conditions and inspiration for their continued personal development. The program extends over approximately 12 months and is part of the Green Academy as a continuous program for leaders with conditions to develop within the company.
In the fall of 2019, the first round started, which began with an introduction in Gothenburg where we, together with the external mentors, went through the basics of mentoring.
The program includes four days of inspiration and each participant has an external mentor who acts as a sounding board. In the first round, five women and five men from Green Landscaping, Svensk Markservice and Tranemo Garden Service participates.
After the start-up, both participants and mentors are positive about the arrangement that Larsson & Co together with Green presented and looking forward to future meetings.
