Green Landscaping aims at being an inclusive employer and the first choice in the industry. We want to attract and retain motivated employees with appropriate skills to ensure our quality work and always maximise the customer benefit.
In 2010, we started the Green Academy as a step for increased skills development. Together we identify the areas of skill that our employees wish to develop. Our employees’ broad knowledge, participation and impact contribute to continuous improvements in sustainability efforts.
Green Landscaping wants to be an inclusive employer and the first choice in the industry. We must have a good work environment, good working conditions and satisfied employees. We conduct annual surveys for employees to gain valuable knowledge and concrete suggestions on what we should focus on in order to further improve our workplaces.
As part of Green Academy, we actively pursue training for recent immigrants and people who have been unemployed for a long time, to contribute to social responsibility and reduce exclusion.
